Recipe for One Serving
1 cup of frozen pineapple
3/4 cup of frozen mango
1 scoop of french vanilla whey protein powder
1 TBS of shredded unsweetened coconut
1 TBS of stevia
1 TBS of sugar free maple syrup
Less than 1 cup of coconut water barely enough to cover the ingredients. For a smoothie just add more liquid

This is the perfect post-workout meal. Here you are replenishing lost energy with healthy fiber filled fruits. You are combating free-radicals with antioxidants. There is a good amount of protein in this recipe but if more is needed, you can add another scoop of whey protein...it will still taste amazing!
