Oatmeal...the REAL Breakfast of Champions

Still eating donuts, sugary breakfast cereal, or nothing? You are not doing your body any favors.


Set yourself up for success with a nice, warm bowl of oatmeal. Now I am not talking about the instant packets with all the junk in them. I am talking old fashioned oats or steel cut if you don’t mind paying extra.


They keep you satisfied with that stick to the ribs feeling. They lower cholesterol and keep your blood sugar steady thus avoiding wild hunger pangs prior to lunch. A good bowl of oatmeal first thing sets you up for a wonderfully healthy day.


Your oatmeal does not have to be plain or boring either. Think about adding something from each category below:

Oatmeal is a great base for many flavor experiences. There is no limit to the variations you can come up with. You can even enjoy a savory oatmeal for a filling side dish at dinner.
