Recipe for One Serving
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 scoop of french vanilla whey protein powder
2 TBS Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1 TBS of sugar free maple syrup
1 TBS of Stevia
Less than 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk barely enough to cover the ingredients.
For a smoothie just add more liquid

Protein: 21g
Carbs: 23g
Fat: 6g
This is a dessert that is eaten frequently in my home. To make strawberry ice cream just omit the cocoa powder. Yum!

UPDATE
As a follow up to this video, I'd like to say that I have gotten away from artificial sweeteners and dairy products in general as I now follow a whole foods plant based diet. I feel that this is still a good recipe for anyone who wants to have a good post-workout meal and does not mind dairy or artificial sweeteners. However, I have personally pulled away from this eating pattern and will be adding new recipes to my food hacks channel soon that are plant based in nature. Stay tuned.
